The following Latest Reunion message was emailed on September 14th to those alums who we have valid email addresses for.  We are posting here in case you missed it.

“Roll Call!” Seriously folks, a once in a lifetime chance for fun with familiar faces awaits! But so do caterers…..we gotta know. We have heard from several alumni that they will be attending, but haven’t sent in their funds yet.  This can be managed, but for those folks, please contact us and let us know definitely you will be attending!   It’s really, really important that the committee knows how many to plan for!! So please confirm that you will be attending NOW and pay later. We’re extending the payment deadline to October .

Also, an FYI……please know that the last Presidential debate will be taking place in Boca Raton the same night as our Reunion, so air fares and local hotels might become more scarce and expensive. If you haven’t made arrangements, it would “behoove you” – as Mr. Sargent used to say, to do it now!!

Also, there is a new Hyatt Hotel in town, right off the Ave, so we will add that to the hotel options.  Do know that like the Marriott on the beach, there is a block of rooms reserved there for a special rate. Ask for the Atlantic High School Class of 1972 Reunion rates – $179/night includes breakfast, parking & internet.’

About Atlantic High School 72 Reunion 2012 Delray Beach FL

Atlantic High School was born from the consolidation of two great high schools - Seacrest High School and Carver High School. The class of 1972 was the first "official" class to graduate from Atlantic High School due to the previous class having the option to list Seacrest, Carver or Atlantic on their diploma. Suddenly, it's time for our 40th reunion. Where did the time go? We want everyone to attend this reunion (still in the planning stages). But, finding classmates, especially 40 years later, even with today's technology, is very difficult: names change, people move and we know at least 40 have passed away. So, EVERY member of AHS 72 is automatically a member of the "search and find" committee. Serioulsy. If you even think you know where a classmate may be - call them! If you know a member of a classmates family - call them!
